Credex Lending funds directly. Credex Capital also works with a network of funding partners. Some applications are funded by Credex Lending and some are funded by a third-party funding partner. Where a funding partner provides your funding, the offer and the agreement identify that partner, and Credex Capital may receive compensation from the partner in connection with the transaction.

Not all applicants will qualify. Terms vary and depend on the review of your business. Any funding amount, decision window, or credit threshold described on this site is a description of how we generally work, not a promise about your application.

By using this site or sending an application you agree to these terms. You confirm that you are authorised to act for the business named in the application and that the information you give us is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Starting an application does not involve a hard credit pull. If a later step requires a credit check, we tell you before it happens. Submitting an application is a request for review, not an offer of funding, and does not obligate you or Credex to complete a transaction.

If we make an offer, the terms come in writing before you accept anything. The written agreement governs your funding, not the descriptions on this site. Where a state requires specific disclosures at the time of an offer, they are provided with the offer.

We collect the information you give us in an application: your name, contact details, and details about your business. We use it to review your application, to contact you about it, and, where you have agreed, to tell you about funding you may qualify for.

We share application information with Credex Lending and with funding partners for the purpose of reviewing and funding your application, and with service providers who run our systems (such as our customer relationship and messaging tools).

If you start an application and do not finish it, we keep what you entered so that you can pick up where you left off, and a member of our team may contact you to help you finish. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

When you check the text-message box on an application, you agree to receive application status and funding decision texts, and occasional automated marketing texts, from Credex at the cell number you gave us. Consent is not a condition of funding.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel and HELP for help. We honour opt-out requests promptly and send at most one message confirming the opt-out.
